Zurich Kotak General Insurance - Instructional Designer (3-6 yrs)

- Design content outline, storyboard and develop interactive learning content in a variety of modes including learning objectives, simulation scenarios

- Communicate with stakeholders and SMEs to understand the requirement

- Gather information from the sources to design the course content that reflects project requirements

- Develop innovative learning solutions with adherence to the brand standards

- Review, evaluate and modify existing training programs to support changes and needs of stakeholder

- Hands on experience in Instructional Designing (design module outlines, visualize and storyboard)

- Hands on experience in e-learning development - proficiency in authoring tools
