Role & responsibilities
1.Responsible to Achieve New Business GWP target from Outsourced Call Center
2.Ensure that Sales portfolio conforms to the Company and Digital Strategy
3.Identify area of Improvement in Calling Strategy, script, and Lead received.
4.Analyse call center data and listen to voice of customers to see areas of improvements
5.Ensure Compliance with UW guideline.
6 Ensure that Sales script is compliant with Internal guideline.
7.Design and constantly enhance the sales processes to drive up productivity customer experience
8.Closely monitor competitors on Key parameters such as their planning and initiative on digital sales contribution
Skills
1. Networking and negotiation skills
2. Excellent Communication and presentation kills.
3. Good knowledge of using tools such as statistical Modelling
