Host Success Manager
Role Overview:
As a Host Success Manager at Zoomcar, you will be responsible for managing key host accounts, including Super Hosts and third-party partners, to drive revenue growth and increase the overall supply of cars on the platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping hosts and partners optimize their listings, maximize their earnings, and scale their fleet. This role requires a mix of relationship management, data-driven decision-making, and strategic execution to enhance host and partner engagement and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Host & Partner Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key hosts, Super Hosts, and third-party clients partnering with Zoomcar.
- Coach new and existing hosts to optimize their vehicle listings, pricing, and availability to maximize revenue.
- Identify high-potential hosts and support them in scaling their business by adding more vehicles.
- Work closely with third-party partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and long-term success on the platform.
- Provide hosts and partners with access to data insights, tools, and resources to improve utilization and earnings.
- Gather and analyze feedback through surveys and direct interactions, sharing insights with relevant teams to improve the platform experience.
- Organize and participate in host meet-ups, training sessions, and live events to strengthen community engagement.
Performance Optimization & Revenue Growth:
- Analyze host and partner performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance host and partner earnings while increasing vehicle supply.
- Partner with data analytics teams to create performance reports and insights for hosts and partners.
- Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term engagement of key hosts, Super Hosts, and third-party partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Customer Support, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless host and partner experience.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the Product team for feature enhancements based on feedback.
Your Profile:
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role, preferably in a tech-driven or marketplace environment.
- Experience working with key clients, high-value partners, or B2B accounts is a plus.
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Multilingual proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights-based decision-making.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail and minimal need for supervision.
- Customer and partner-centric mindset with a passion for helping hosts and clients succeed.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple accounts efficiently.
