What You'll Do: Customer Advocate: Represent the voice of our customers internally and ensure their success.
- Technical Reviews: Conduct technical reviews of customer infrastructure and provide recommendations.
- Account Planning: Collaborate with account teams to plan and execute long-term strategies for retention and growth.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage the proactive customer lifecycle to drive high renewal rates and growth.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in your accounts.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks in customer accounts.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback and feature requests to internal teams.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Deep understanding of Enterprise SaaS business motions and customer lifecycle.
- Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
- Experience in sales, project management, and account portfolio planning.
- Proficiency in virtualization and cloud computing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with Salesforce/Gainsight knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with system administration (Linux, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Google Workspaces).
- Experience with migration between on-premise and cloud platforms.
- Proven ability to generate expansion opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success/Account Management roles servicing enterprise accounts.
