Zonal Business Manager

Role Summary: This role will be responsible for the operations, sales, and business development activities within a region for a company.

Reports to: Business Unit Head

Role & responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive business development within the zone.
• Manage and motivate a team, providing training and performance feedback.
• Develop market strategies based on customer needs and competitor analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Ensure efficient day-to-day operations and resource management.
• Monitor performance, provide regular reports, and forecast sales.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on gynecology and infertility products.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing sales teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, especially in gynecology and infertility.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
