Statutory compliance Ensure & Monitor Statutory compliances are maintained under all applicable labor enactments at Site Level including timely communications for obtaining new/renewal/amendment of Licenses/Certificates/WC Policies etc.
Attend Client Statutory Audits and ensure smooth closure of Audits in consultation with HO Team
Conduct Internal Statutory Audits across All the Projects
Supervision of Labor Camps and resolve the grievances/issues
Develop internal controls and policies designed to ensure that all compliance needs are met
Work closely with Site Team & HO Team to review all departmental policies for smooth settlement of compliance issues
MIS Reports Prepare and submit MIS Reports to Head Office
Effective Coordination, Management and support during the emergency events at Projects.
Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years Education: MPM/MBA in HR OR MSW
