Job Title: Specialty Food Beverage Operations Manager

Role Summary: As a Specialty Food Beverage Operations Manager within our Food Beverage Management Department, you will be tasked with overseeing and enhancing the production, distribution, and promotion of specialty food and beverage products. Leveraging your expertise in gourmet food production, supply chain management, and industry trends, you will drive operational excellence while fostering relationships with suppliers, distributors, and culinary experts.
Key Responsibilities:
Production and Quality Control:
Oversee the production process of specialty food and beverage items, ensuring adherence to quality standards, hygiene regulations, and flavor profiles.
Collaborate with culinary teams, suppliers, and RD departments to innovate and develop new product offerings.
Implement quality assurance measures, regular inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold product excellence.
Supply Chain Management:
Coordinate with suppliers, farmers, and artisanal producers to source high-quality ingredients, raw materials, and specialty items.
Manage inventory levels, procurement processes, and distribution channels to optimize product availability and freshness.
Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and vendor partnerships to secure favorable terms and sustainable sourcing practices.
Marketing and Branding:
Develop and execute marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives to drive consumer engagement and product awareness.
Collaborate with sales teams, retail partners, and online platforms to expand market reach and distribution channels.
Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and market differentiation.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
Build and nurture relationships with industry associations, trade groups, and culinary influencers to enhance brand reputation and industry presence.
Facilitate partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures with complementary brands, restaurants, and specialty retailers.
Represent the organization at industry events, food expos, and trade shows to showcase products, network with stakeholders, and explore business opportunities.
Financial Management and Budgeting:
Assist in budget planning, financial forecasting, and cost management for production, marketing, and distribution activities.
Monitor sales performance, analyze revenue streams, and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and ROI.
Evaluate financial metrics, budget variances, and operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement and sustainable growth.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFE, CMBE) are a plus.
