Role Summary:
As a Strategic Growth Manager in our Food & Beverage Industry division, youwill lead initiatives focused on driving growth, expanding market presence, andenhancing profitability within the dynamic and competitive F&B sector. Yourstrategic insights, industry knowledge, and collaborative approach will bepivotal in shaping and executing growth-oriented strategies.
As a Strategic Growth Manager in our Food & Beverage Industry division, youwill lead initiatives focused on driving growth, expanding market presence, andenhancing profitability within the dynamic and competitive F&B sector. Yourstrategic insights, industry knowledge, and collaborative approach will bepivotal in shaping and executing growth-oriented strategies.
KeyResponsibilities:
Market Analysis& Opportunity Identification: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, consumerpreferences, and growth opportunities within the F&B sector.
StrategicPlanning & Execution: Develop and implement growth strategies, including product diversification,market expansion, and partnership collaborations, to achieve businessobjectives and enhance market share.
StakeholderEngagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, includingsuppliers, distributors, retailers, and industry influencers, to fostercollaboration and drive mutual growth.
Product Development & Innovation: Collaborate with R&D and product teams to identify opportunities forproduct innovation, differentiation, and optimization in alignment with marketdemands and consumer preferences.
Sales & Distribution Strategy: Oversee sales and distribution channels, ensuring optimal product availability,inventory management, and market penetration while aligning with brandpositioning and profitability goals.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular updates andinsights to senior management, facilitating data-driven decision-making andcontinuous improvement.
Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, food safety standards, andquality control measures, mitigating risks and safeguarding brand reputation.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, or marketing within the Food & Beverage industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in market research tools, data analysis, and strategic planning methodologies.
Familiarity with industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape within the F&B sector.
