Job Description
Job Title: Education Industry Program Manager
Department: Education and Training Development
Location: Flexible (with potential travel to educational institutions, training centers, academic conferences, and stakeholder meetings)
Job Type: Full-time
Role Summary: As an Education Industry Program Manager within our Education and Training Development Department, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing educational programs and initiatives. Leveraging your expertise in curriculum development, pedagogical strategies, and educational technology, you will drive educational excellence, student success, and institutional growth while fostering collaborations with academic partners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development and Implementation:
Design, develop, and evaluate educational programs, courses, and training modules tailored to diverse learner needs and institutional objectives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and industry leaders to ensure curriculum relevance, academic rigor, and alignment with industry standards.
Implement technology-enabled learning solutions, online platforms, and blended learning approaches to enhance student engagement, accessibility, and outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
Build and nurture relationships with educational institutions, accrediting bodies, government agencies, and industry stakeholders to foster collaboration and partnership.
Facilitate academic collaborations, joint ventures, and knowledge exchange initiatives to enhance program offerings, research opportunities, and community engagement.
Represent the organization at educational conferences, seminars, and workshops to showcase innovations, share best practices, and network with peers.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Establish quality assurance processes, assessment frameworks, and performance metrics to monitor program effectiveness, student outcomes, and institutional success.
Ensure compliance with educational regulations, accreditation standards, and industry guidelines to maintain academic integrity and institutional credibility.
Conduct regular reviews, audits, and evaluations to identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous enhancement.
Financial Management and Budgeting:
Assist in budget planning, financial forecasting, and resource allocation for educational programs, faculty development, and infrastructure investments.
Monitor revenue streams, tuition fees, and funding sources to assess financial sustainability, cost-effectiveness, and return on investment.
Implement cost-saving strategies, grant applications, and fundraising initiatives to secure additional resources and support program expansion.
Professional Development and Training:
Facilitate faculty training, professional development workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance teaching effectiveness, curriculum innovation, and research capabilities.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, academic excellence, and institutional growth through leadership development initiatives, staff recognition, and community engagement activities.
Encourage interdisciplinary collaboration, research partnerships, and knowledge dissemination to advance educational practices, pedagogical research, and industry relevance.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum Development, or a related field. Master s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Ed.D., PMP) are a plus.
Proven experience in program management, curriculum design, or educational leadership within the education industry.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge of educational trends, pedagogical innovations, and technology integration in learning environments.
