Role Summary: As a Non-Profit Program Coordinator within our Community Outreach and Program Management Department, you will play a pivotal role in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs aimed at serving our community. Leveraging your passion for social impact, project management skills, and stakeholder engagement abilities, you will drive initiatives that align with our mission to make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Development and Management:
Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to design and implement impactful programs.
Develop program objectives, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and funding requirements.
Monitor program outcomes, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
2. Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Building:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with community organizations, donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate partnership activities, collaborative initiatives, and joint fundraising efforts to maximize community impact.
3. Fundraising and Grant Management:
Assist in the development of grant proposals, funding applications, and donor engagement strategies.
Monitor grant compliance, financial reporting, and ensure timely utilization of funds in accordance with donor requirements.
4. Volunteer Coordination and Team Support:
Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to support program activities, events, and outreach efforts.
Provide guidance, resources, and support to internal teams, ensuring effective collaboration and program delivery.
5. Communication and Outreach:
Develop and implement communication strategies to promote program achievements, success stories, and community impact.
Coordinate public relations, media relations, and social media campaigns to raise awareness and support for our mission.
