Sr. Program Associate - CSR and Healthcare

BharatCares is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Program Associate for CSR and Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing healthcare programs through CSR or philanthropic funding. The role demands excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage data, with a willingness to travel as needed. A Masters in Public Health or a similar area is essential.

Responsibilities

Program Implementation:

• Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of healthcare programs.

• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, including beneficiaries, partners, and donors.

Communication and Reporting:

• Prepare and present detailed program reports to stakeholders.

• Maintain effective communication with partners, donors, and beneficiaries.

• Write proposals, grant applications, and other communication materials.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate records of program activities and participants.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on program progress and outcomes.

• Analyze data to assess program impact and identify areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.

• Represent BharatCares at meetings, events, and conferences related to healthcare.

Travel:

• Travel as required to various program locations for implementation, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing healthcare programs through CSR or philanthropic funding.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Masters in Public Health or a similar area.

• Experience working in the social sector or non-profit organizations.

• Knowledge of local healthcare ecosystems.
