Sr. Project Associate- CSR INR 3 LPA - 5 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience) Responsibilities Program Design and Implementation

• Understand and analyze client requirements, translating them into actionable project strategies in bio-composting, agriculture, and other CSR domains.
• Design, implement, and monitor projects related to sustainable agriculture practices, bio-composting, and livelihoods, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Develop and execute scalable project models that create measurable social impact.

Research and Proposal Development

• Conduct in-depth research on agricultural practices, bio-composting techniques, and other relevant CSR themes.
• Develop comprehensive project proposals, including budgets, timelines, and measurable outcomes, tailored to client and stakeholder needs.
• Stay updated on the evolving CSR ecosystem to identify opportunities for collaboration and new project leads.

• Collaborate with government bodies, NGOs, non-profit organizations, and social enterprises for project execution and impact scaling.
• Build partnerships with research institutions, tech-driven enterprises, and like-minded organizations to enhance project outcomes.
• Mobilize and coordinate with local communities, ensuring active participation and ownership of the projects.

• Manage end-to-end coordination with non-profit partners, vendors, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project implementation, maintain MIS and dashboards, and ensure timely delivery of reports to stakeholders.
• Analyze project data to measure impact, identify challenges, and recommend course corrections for improved outcomes.

Capacity Building and Advocacy

• Train and onboard local facilitators, project partners, and temporary trainers to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Advocate for sustainable practices in agriculture and bio-composting by engaging with multiple stakeholders, including corporates, government authorities, and development agencies.
• Organize awareness sessions and capacity-building workshops for communities and beneficiaries.

• Work collaboratively with the business development and other internal teams to align project goals with organizational objectives.
• Support the top and mid-level leadership in building partnerships and associations with industry leaders.

Travel Requirements

• Be open to traveling extensively to project sites and stakeholder locations to ensure effective on-ground implementation and support.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Educational Background: Master s degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, Social Work, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in CSR project management, particularly in agriculture, bio-composting, or similar fields.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture, bio-composting techniques, and livelihood engagement strategies.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Gujarati is a must.
• Tech Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, project management tools, and report writing.
• Others: Passion for social impact, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and a willingness to work in dynamic environments.
