INR 2.0 LPA to 2.5 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience) About the Position

We are seeking a fresher Accounts Executive who will provide back-office financial operations support to our finance team. The role requires basic accounting knowledge and hands-on work with reimbursements, billing, vendor payments, and bank-related operations. This position is ideal for a B.Com or M.Com graduate with basic knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

Assist in handling bank-related tasks, such as deposits, withdrawals, and account reconciliations.

Billing Vendor Payments:

Process bills and support timely vendor payments.

Manage employee reimbursement requests and ensure proper documentation.

Use Excel to maintain and manage financial data accurately.

Support Finance Team:

Provide operational assistance to the finance team as required.

Ensure compliance with company financial policies. Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

Education: B.Com or M.Com graduate (fresher or up to 1 year of experience).

Skills:

Basic understanding of accounting principles and banking operations.

Proficiency in MS Excel for data management.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
