Field Operations: Conduct field visits to monitor project progress, ensure quality implementation, and gather on-ground insights.
Training and Capacity Building: Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops for community members and project staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Data Collection and Reporting: Collect and analyze project data, preparing comprehensive reports for stakeholders and ensuring compliance with project goals and timelines.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with local authorities, NGOs, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project implementation and community participation.
Sustainability Practices: Implement and promote sustainable practices within projects, ensuring long-term benefits for the community.
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Social Work, Community Development, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project implementation within the development sector, preferably in CSR projects.
Skills:
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Kannada and English.
Ability to manage extensive fieldwork and community interactions.
Proficient in using a laptop for data collection, reporting, and communication.
Requirements:
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Must have a personal laptop.
Willingness to engage in extensive travel.
