Job Description

Who you are: We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our Finance team as a Manager, Revenue. In this role, you will report to the US-based Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis and you will lead the Revenue function, overseeing the analysis, optimization, and reporting of revenue streams. You will partner closely with the India-based Director of Finance and the entire global teams of FP&A and Commercial. The ideal candidate has a strong background in revenue management, financial analysis, and leadership.

What will be your responsibilities


Revenue Strategy and Planning:

  • Build a Top-Down Revenue Model with Price, Volume, Mix including product profitability to enable decision-making and revenue strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Develop and maintain Sales capacity Models, Quota Setting processes and Commission models to forecast.

Revenue Analysis and Optimization:

  • Forecast Total Addressable Market, monitor budget by Top Account and new logos that we should target
  • Create and improve Deal Desk calculator to assess multi-product deals and pricing

Revenue Forecasting:

  • Forecast Bottoms-Up Revenue from pipeline analysis of expectations and need vs. booked revenue weekly and whether Top Customers are ahead/behind
  • Define and track Top Accounts, analyze revenue trends, patterns, and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular revenue forecasting and variance analysis, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, to optimize product profitability, implement pricing strategies, manage pipeline changes, and track product performance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline revenue-related processes and implement best practices and efficiencies with revenue operations.

What does it take to do this job

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
  • Proven experience (5-10 years) in revenue management, financial analysis.
  • Expert in financial modeling and data analysis tools, such as Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a track record of presenting insights to senior stakeholders, driving revenue forecasting, and finding opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
