Job Description

Job Title: Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist / Analyst 

Location: Bangalore , on site

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: upto 20 lakhs*

*(fixed +variable) (depending on skillset, experience and interview)


About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist to optimize and enhance our sales, pre-sales, and marketing operations.


The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CRM management, sales and pre-sales analytics, and marketing operations to drive efficiency and alignment across teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management: Manage and optimize CRM platforms, particularly Zoho, ensuring seamless data integration and process automation.
  • Sales & Pre-Sales Analytics: Develop, maintain, and improve sales and pre-sales data reporting in Excel, Power BI, and Looker Studio dashboards.
  • Marketing & Sales Operations: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to streamline workflows, manage lead funnels, and improve campaign performance tracking.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide actionable insights by analyzing sales, pre-sales, and marketing data, identifying trends, and recommending process improvements.
  • Process Optimization: Improve revenue operations processes by implementing best practices and automation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and pre-sales teams to ensure data accuracy, pipeline transparency, and reporting consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred) and sales tech stack.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Looker Studio for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and RevOps principles
  • Good working knowledge of Data Enrichment tools such as Apollo, Lusha, etc., for data enrichment and running campaigns.
  • Ability to manage, clean, and analyze large datasets for reporting and forecasting.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate across departments and drive data-backed decision-making.
  • Experience with automation and workflow optimization in a sales/marketing environment is a plus.
