Job Description

  • Build relationships with HRs and Founders of SMEs and startups who are all about their employees but need a little push when it comes to employee benefits. Youre that push (in the best way).
  • Close deals like a pro, focusing on SMEs and startups who are so employee-first, theyll wonder how they ever survived without us.
  • Follow up so well that clients think they missed your call when they really didnt (youre that good).
  • Work the room (or Zoom) with your natural charm and sales wizardry, turning "well think about it" into "where do we sign".
  • Hit sales targets with your eyes closed (okay, not literally, but you get it).

Who You Are:
  • You have an undergraduate degree in BTech, BBA, BCom, or BA, which proves you can survive exams (but can you survive HR and Founder meetings).
  • Youve sold stuff before, maybe insurance, maybe not, but you know how to get people to say, Yes, we need that!
  • You have the persistence of a mosquitopeople cant ignore you until they give in (and they love you for it, eventually).
  • Relationship-building is your superpower. Youre the type who remembers everyones dogs name and knows how to follow up without being annoying (a rare skill).
  • Your social skills are so sharp, you can charm your way into anyoneinbox, boardroom, or happy hour.
  • Youre in this for the long haul, not just here to make a quick buck and bounce.
