Senior Manager - FP&A

What you will work on:

• Overseeing and reviewing the work of a team of 3-5 people engaged primarily in analysis of performance of the company vs planned targets
• Managing reporting of Key KPIs to founders and senior management and providing ensuing decision support
• Representing the company in front of Lenders, Investors, Auditors, RBI and others, resolving their queries and providing insights on company growth
• Working on driving overall company efficiency and profitability - Identifying revenue leakages and guiding stakeholders on how to optimize their costs
• Preparing and analyzing segment wise Unit Economics and guiding business heads on how to achieve better ROAs

Qualification and Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with good background of NBFC Sector
• 3+ years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
• Highly Proficient in MS Excel Skills
• Proficiency in driving AI and Automation
• Has good knowledge of applicability of Ind-AS in NBFC
