Who we are:

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Lead Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in graphic design and web design, with a strong understanding of event design. As the Lead Designer, you will oversee the design team, manage projects, and ensure the delivery of visually compelling and effective designs across multiple platforms. This role combines hands-on design expertise with leadership responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who thrives in both creative execution and team management.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities and Skills:

• Lead and mentor a team of designers (both in-house and contractors), providing creative direction, constructive feedback, and ongoing support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Create engaging visuals for various B2B marketing materials, including eBooks, whitepapers, microsites, and infographics.
• Maintain and enhance brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all materials.
• Design and optimize web pages, landing pages, and digital assets that are both visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Conceptualize and execute event branding, including signage, stage designs, digital displays, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with event producers to develop visually compelling environments that align with event objectives and themes.
• Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand identity, business objectives, and project goals.

Requirements:

• Expertise in graphic design and web design, with familiarity in event design.
• Proficient in design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe XD
• Experienced with web design tools such as Figma & Sketch
• Exceptional design sensibility and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments.

Bonus Skills:

• Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing tools, such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of illustration, with portfolio samples to demonstrate expertise.
• Experience designing for corporate events, trade shows, or large-scale productions.
