We are rapidly expanding and seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive our growth by establishing and scaling distribution channels, engaging with key healthcare stakeholders, and accelerating market adoption.
Role Overview: We are looking for a high-impact VP/Head of Sales to take ownership of revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, and the ability to implement innovative go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience selling diagnostic solutions, a strong network in the healthcare industry, and a track record of successfully scaling sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
a) Market Research & Strategy: Conduct product and market research to develop go-to-market strategies for early cancer detection diagnostics.
b) Sales Leadership: Drive sales efforts targeting multinational corporations (MNCs), diagnostic labs, hospitals, and healthcare providers to maximize revenue.
c) Business Development: Establish partnerships with doctors, hospitals, and distributors to create a ready-to-scale distribution network.
d) Channel Expansion: Develop and expand distribution channels, ensuring seamless integration with laboratories, hospitals, and healthcare networks.
e) Demonstration & Pitches: Have the ability to immediately engage with hospitals and schedule product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
f) P&L Management: Own and drive P&L for the sales vertical, ensuring profitability while aggressively scaling market penetration.
g) Innovative Market Capture: Devise and implement high-risk, high-reward strategies to capture market share quickly-breaking away from traditional sales approaches.
h) Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand positioning and outreach initiatives.
i) Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team capable of executing aggressive growth targets.
Key Requirements:
a) Experience in healthcare sales, diagnostic sales, or medical device sales, preferably with at least a few years of experience in a leadership role.
b) Strong network of doctors, distributors, and hospital decision-makers to fast-track market penetration.
c) Experience in selling to MNCs, hospitals, and diagnostic labs, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
d) Understanding of P&L management, revenue forecasting, and sales analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
e) Ability to think outside the box and take calculated risks to accelerate market capture and differentiate the company from competitors.
f) Strong presentation and negotiation skills to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
