Senior Manager - Sales

Summary:

- We're hiring for a legal tech firm in Bangalore. We're looking for a person who's a hustler and has an innovative mindset to help scale the company to the next level through acquisition of

- B2B clients for its services.

- Primarily the company has primarily banks and NBFCs as its clients.

Location: Bengaluru, India (on-site)

Responsibilities:

1. Sales: Acquire new clients for the company's services and solutions.

2. Lead generation: Build a sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth of company revenue.

3. Innovation: Work together with the founders and team members to create/upgrade new solutions for capturing market share.

4. Market expansion: Capture clients in new sectors outside banks and NBFCs.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years experience in sales, preferably in the legal industry.

2. Exposure to dealing with CXOs and Heads of Department for closing deals.

3. Track record of consistently closing B2B deals and meeting sales targets.
