KEY PARAMETERS:
- 10+ years of experience selling B2B software or services to International customers
- Open to international travel; meet customers & prospects, and represent the company at international industry events/conferences
- Preference: An educational degree from OR worked & lived anywhere in the USA or EMEA region for at least 2 years; a valid USA L1 or Schengen visa; travel history to USA or Schengen countries
- Open to being flexible about work timings. Zinrelo has clients across the world, and this role would necessitate working in different time zones as required
DESCRIPTION:
- The Senior Manager, Sales is a strategic role at Zinrelo, and will have the opportunity to directly impact company revenues.
- The Senior Manager, Sales will closely work with the VP & Head of Global Sales to close deals across various international markets, have visibility in front of the company leaders, and be an integral part of the company strategy.
- The Senior Manager, Sales will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle - generate need, understand prospects' objectives, address prospects' requirements, deliver sales demos & presentations, drive commercial & contract negotiations, and close deals.
OBJECTIVES & SUCCESS METRICS:
- The success of this role will be determined by the amount of revenues closed each quarter and annually.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Senior Manager, Sales will be the face of the company, and act as an ambassador of Zinrelo in front of prospects
The primary responsibility will be to close Zinrelo sales deals, including the following:
- Convert leads generated by the various lead channels - Inbound, outbound, Marketing & Partnership teams; as well as generate leads through individual efforts.
- Understand prospects' needs, objectives, requirements & use cases; and articulate solutions & capabilities
- Drive sales demos and presentations independently
- Build the sales narrative and pitch for individual prospects, and deliver great looking presentations
- Drive commercial and contractual negotiations to eventually close deals
Additional responsibilities would also include
- Travel to the prospect locations for business meetings and deal closure, if required
- Understand the Zinrelo product and solution offering - key features, capabilities, value proposition, use cases, benefits for various industry verticals, etc.
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs
- Work with sales team members to strategize accounts
- Liaise with other teams - Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Product & Engineering - for joint GTM, provide feedback, understand use cases, etc.
- Create innovative sales strategies to enhance sales
- Ensure detailed reporting and CRM compliance
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of proven B2B software and services sales experience in international markets.
- Should have worked for a software product or services company.
- Prior experience of meeting customers & prospects in international markets
- Strong solutioning skills with large companies
- Excellent written and phone communication skills with international clients
- Strong presentation skills - Ability to present to Zinrelo Clients
- Capable building positive relationships at a CXO level with Clients
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive, well organized, and self-motivated
- Experience or knowledge of online marketplaces and e-commerce preferred
- Prior software engineering background preferred.
- An educational degree in engineering, marketing or business.
