Accounts & Finance Expert

Your Tasks
Act as the first point of contact for the auditors (Statutory, Internal and Group auditors).Lead on the recommendations / observations in the internal / external audit reports respectively. Coordinate with the auditors to ensure all queries are attended and resolved effectively.
Ensure all finance records are kept accurately and securely and in line with Statutory requirements. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and clean audit report.
Responsible for adhering to the ZF Group Directives and Finance procedures and company Act and reviewing Fixed Assets Management Policy Process.
Responsible for reviewing and managing the Fixed Assets Register (FAR) of the organization. Responsible for reviewing monthly tax payments / tax compliances and ensuring Transfer Pricing related compliances
Responsible for liaising with India Shared Service and Plant Team.Responsible for the ICS controls for the entity. Responsible for liaising with Group companies in India / abroad and Parent Company (HQ).

Your Profile
Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant (Qualified or semi qualified) with post qualification experience of 5 - 7 years in Finalizing books of accounts, PL and Balance Sheet, on a monthly basis for reviews and analysis. Finalization of books of accounts for Calendar year (Group) and Fiscal year (statutory).
Experience in compliance of accounting and audit requirements in line with IND-AS and IFRS accounting requirements, accounting as per CoA and Account Allocation Guidelines
Experience reviewing payables and receivables periodically and Working Capital review
Experience in Preparing the Statutory Accounts for Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements and preparing and reviewing financial statements for submission to auditors
Expert knowledge of MS Office -excel, power point (High level presentation and interpersonal Skills) and access. Expert Knowledge of ERP environment. SAP knowledge is additional advantage.
