Process Quality Engineer

Quality Team plays a crucial role in producing components for automobiles. It helps Cost reduction, Identify the issues, Maintaining the supply chain, improve the product quality, Sustainability & etc

What you can look forward to as Process Quality Engineer (PQE):

Your Tasks:

Ensure Quality culture inside production units & Identify and ensure mitigation of Quality risks

Support Continuous Improvement Activities inside production units

Support Read Across process and best practices sharing

Moderate and document 8D reporting (0km complaints)

Support Q-Planning Plant with process and line release

Support P-FMEA and feasibility studies &Train production staff with q-topics

Job Profile:

Required Exp range: 6-8years & Knowledge in PPAP,APQP,SPC,MSA

Experience in Problem solving tools – 7QC Tools & Knowledge in 8D, Six Sigma Methodology

Support Production unit by analyzing quality problems and define corrective actions

Support Production unit with process analysis and capability studies

Define and create quality processes and relevant directives and q-documents in the production unit & Handle internal supplier complaints
