Senior Auditor

Job Responsibilities:

·        Internal Audit and consulting of domestic and foreign companies within the ZF Group as well as different corporate functions and business processes (e.g., HR, Finance, Logistics, Governance, Purchasing, Sales, etc.)

·        Identify, test, and evaluate business-critical processes for effectiveness and efficiency and compliance with company requirements.

·        Communicate business process and controls issues in terms so that non-experts can understand the significance of the subject matter being discussed. 

·        Demonstrate value added audit recommendations to stakeholders and assess implementation of corrective actions as part of the audit follow-up.

·        Establish and maintain relationships. Contribute to, and further develop, risk-oriented and control-based audit programs for existing and new audit areas.

·        Project and time management to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of audit procedures.

·        Participate in special projects, teams and investigations, as needed.

·        Arrange travel requirements consistent with ZF policy and limitations, to perform audits of global operations, including visa applications, passport, airfare, hotel reservations, rental cars, etc.
