Experience of BIW structure study and identify Quality concerns with knowledge of Body accuracy, Fix & Portable CMM machines, use of Body scanning.

Preparation of Jig Planning Sheet, Vender Checking fixture concept sheet for New Model Introduction with capability to read Part Drg/ Jig Drawing.

Should be aware of New Model Quality built process with requirement of BIW Fit & finish.

Resolving & analyzing problems related to Fit/Finish of White Body in Paint /Assembly / Vehicle Inspection / NVH w.r.t Body Accuracy/Part Accuracy & Process study.

Experience of Closure/Hemming parts verification process in checking fixture/ by use of scanning along with built process of BIW closures.
