Job Description
- Ensures Monthly Closing and Quarterly Closing and Annual Financial to be submitted as per statutory requirements.
- Ensures Timely Tax payments submission of returns before due dates.
- Submission of required Information for Assessments; Service Tax Audits etc. on timely accurate basis to minimize tax litigations.
- Replies to Audit Queries of Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Pre-auditors and IFC implementation of Corrective Action Plan for Non recurrence of Audit Queries.
- Submits Annual Business plan for reviewing and approval from management.
- Ensures Timely Payments to Vendors based on Cash-flow Position, Issuance of Letter of Credit.
- Maintains Cash Flow, Asset Depreciation Bank Reconciliation Statements etc.
- Dealing with Third party customer for Accounts Receivables.
Functional Expertise:
- Finalization of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Balance Sheet, Profit Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement along with variance Analysis as compared to Budget.
- Submission of Financials Standalone Consolidated on Quarterly Basis
- Capitalizations of Fixed Assets as per Accounting Standards.
- Direct Indirect Tax compliance till Completion of Assessment.
- Monitoring of Bill Payable - Capex and OpenX.
- Timely payments to Vendors, Monitoring Letter of Credit and Buyers Credit. Cash flow management.
- Statutory Audit, IFC Audit, Internal Audit, Risk Management Audit, Service Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit, Income tax Audit etc.
- Strategic Planning, Preparation adherence to Business Plan / Budget.
- Strict Adherence of Internal Financial Control in the Organization.
- Responsible for overall Insurance at Port.
- Maintaining and Updating the Assets Register.
- Liasoning with statutory bodies.
- Excellent Written, Verbal management skills.
Ideal Profile
- You are a Qualified Chartered Accountant or in CA Final.
- You have at least 5 years of experience within a Finance Manager role.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
