Job Description
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Previous experience in Oil and gas refineries, process plants, gas terminals etc
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Assist in the development of project plans and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
- Assist in risk management and mitigation activities.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Support the project manager in all aspects of project management.
- The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination within the Oil & Gas industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of EPC processes and procedures preferred
- Ability to travel as required.
