About the role:

As Program Lead - Technology Consulting (App) , you will be key member of the teams working on end-to-end AI and analytics solutions being built for our clients. While your primary focus will be on application engineering components of the overall solution, you will collaborate with client and internal business consulting, data engineering, machine learning, data science teams and other SMEs for specific aspects of the solution. As the person responsible for the overall success of the program, you will:

Drive overall program management, including problem discovery, scoping, change management and other delivery focussed activities

Lead requirements elicitation using a combination of business acumen and technology understanding

Translate business requirements to technical specifications with the help of analysts and technical architects

Ensure all Functional and Non-Functional requirements are clearly captured and aligned with the client

Work with UX designers for experience and visual design.

Review solution architecture design and development estimates for conformity with client requirements

Coordinate program delivery

(Create project plans, track milestones, review implementation, communicate updates, eradicate bottlenecks, mitigate risks, circumvent delays etc.)

Measure and articulate value of solutions developed to help drive solution adoption by business teams.

Ensure all engineering best practices are implemented throughout the program

This role involves a combination of hands-on contribution, customer engagement and team management.

Required Skills Experience:

8-12 years of relevant experience, some of which has been in hands-on software development

Program delivery experience in Enterprise Web Application development (Native cloud, On-premise, RDBMS/ big-data/NoSQL, Java/Python/Django/JavaScript)

Project planning, execution and tracking primarily in an agile environment using frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban etc.

Well versed in various Enterprise Architectural paradigms (Especially in distributed systems) across technology stacks, working on programs with significant application engineering and development components. Exposure to Mobile Application development is a Plus

Exposure to high volume data processing in batch and/or real time, and their impact on design, performance functioning, and maintenance of software system design

Good experience is implementing secure coding practices and quality assurance

Good experience in vulnerability assessment and security testing of Web applications

Team management and client stakeholder management

(Preferable) Exposure to MLOps/DevOps implementation techniques and practices so as to enable end to end automation of software development and deployment process on cloud
