Job Description
- Monitoring and continuously keeping food safety and hygiene standards of the cafe.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems by industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization.
- Preparation of the Quality SOPs
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive effective problem-solving.
- Conduct regular audits (Vendor & Cafes) and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Good knowledge of vendor audit, warehouse & internal audits.
- Analyze QA data and performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Training the cafe team on various SOPs, quality, and food safety standards.
- Preparing cafe to comply with FSSAI standards and other internal audits.
- Proactively checking the quality of raw ingredients/products through sensory and documentation.
- Analyzing data to understand city performance on various metrics.
- Attend the SKU production at the vendor level.
- Ready to travel to different locations in the city
