. • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards certifications.

• Field visits and planning for QAs

• Lead and manage the regional QA team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

• Develop and implement regional QA strategies, policies, and procedures to maintain and improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Monitoring and continuously up keeping food safety and hygiene standards of the cafe.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization.

• Preparation of the Quality SOPs

• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive effective problem-solving.

• Conduct regular audits (Vendor & Cafes) and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

• Good knowledge of vendor audit, warehouse & internal audits.

• Analyze QA data and performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.

• Prepare and present quality performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

• Giving training to the cafe team on various SOPs, quality, and food safety standards.

• Preparing cafe to comply to FSSAI standards and other internal audits.

• Proactively checking the quality of raw ingredients/products through sensory and its documentation.

• Analyzing data to understand city performance on various metrics.

• Attend the SKU production at vendor level.

• Ready to travel to different locations of the city.
