Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of HubSpot Marketing for a B2B business, ensuring it aligns with the company s strategic goals.
- Oversee the integration of HubSpot with Salesforce CRM, ensuring smooth data synchronization and automated workflows between the two platforms.
- Provide expert guidance on B2B marketing strategies, leveraging HubSpots capabilities to drive lead generation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the vendor and internal technical team members to design, build, and configure HubSpot to meet business requirements and marketing objectives.
- Set up and optimize automated workflows, email campaigns, lead scoring, and customer journeys within HubSpot.
- Implement and maintain reporting and analytics dashboards to measure campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing KPIs.
- Provide training and support to internal teams, ensuring they understand how to maximize HubSpot s capabilities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, marketing teams, sales to ensure that the implementation meets business needs and objectives.
- Proven experience in HubSpot marketing platform implementation, including technical setup, automation, workflows, and reporting.
- Strong background in B2B marketing, particularly in lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies.
- Strong understanding of top, middle and bottom of the funnel and ability to guide tactics for marketing to different segments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM integration with HubSpot, including data synchronization and workflow automation.
- Deep understanding of HubSpot best practices, including segmentation, email marketing, landing pages, forms, and lead scoring.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience in creating and optimizing marketing automation campaigns and performance analytics.
- Ability to suggest and implement B2B marketing practices best tailored to the company s needs.
- Ability to work with US and Europe time zones.
- Familiarity with other marketing technologies that integrate with HubSpot (e.g., data enrichment tools, social media platforms).
- Certification in HubSpot Marketing Software or related HubSpot certifications is a plus.
- Experience working in enterprise-level B2B organizations.
