Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist.
Location: Remote.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audiences and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral that aligns with the brand's tone and positioning.
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer insights to identify target audience segments, preferences and behaviours.
- Track campaign performance, analyse data and metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimisation.
- Leverage digital marketing channels to maximise campaign reach and engagement.
What you do:
- Ideate and implement comprehensive digital (SEO/SEM, email, social and display) strategies and timelines, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Experiment with targeting approaches and messaging with well defined hypothesis and measure against set KPIs.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing assets and ensure timely and cost-effective campaign completion.
- Implement tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and measure ROI.
- Actively participate in the ABM process, ensuring focused promotion to the right accounts at the right time with the right message.
- Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize user funnels.
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and implement strategic adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated with the marketing trends, technologies and best practices to drive campaign innovation.
Required Skills:
- 4 - 5 years of proven experience in managing B2B campaigns with a track record of delivering results.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns that stand out in the market.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and web analytic tools.
- Experience in setting up & optimizing PPC campaigns, conducting A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics) to measure and optimise campaign performance.
- Knowledge of Account Based Marketing is highly desirable.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Thrive in a fast paced, agile team with an entrepreneurial mindset.
