Manager - Digital Marketing
- We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute tailored digital marketing strategies for diverse client projects.
- This role requires a strong understanding of B2B and B2C digital marketing channels, campaign optimization, and client management.
- The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven insights to deliver measurable results aligned with client objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their business goals, target audiences, and marketing needs.
- Perform keyword research, optimize client websites, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, SEO-optimized content aligned with client objectives.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign performance, and recommend actionable improvements for better conversions.
- Develop and execute tailored social media strategies to ensure audience engagement and brand consistency.
- Monitor social media trends, create interactive content, and address client-specific audience feedback.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, including traffic, conversions, and KPIs, for client presentations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, insights, and recommendations for ongoing campaigns.
- Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing to implement innovative strategies.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) managing digital marketing campaigns in B2B and B2C domains.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and social media management platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex ideas to clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data driven decisions.
- Experience in managing client expectations and consistently delivering on KPIs.
- Creativity, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to cater to different industries and client needs.
