Our client is a very large and established organization in the domain of Higher EdTech having several National and International partnerships and programs. They are introducing several new initiatives & creating several new edtech offerings for the professional & Student community.
Zend Consulting ServicesThe incumbent will be responsible for :They are looking to hire a smart, young CRM Lead / Campaign Manager to lead Integrated Omni-Channel campaigns for the unit.
The incumbent will be responsible for :
- Owns lead nurture through Sales Force to increase lead conversion for our tele sales process
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Responsible for segmentation, testing, and deployment
- Reactivate leads in database and deliver revenue outcomes
- Work on conversion hypothesis-based lead engagement/ nurture journeys for fresh leads through performance campaigns to assist with lifts on lead conversion rates
- Work with Alumni programme and team to engage and monetize alumni base through referral, repeat
- Work on omnichannel strategies including Email, SMS, Whatsapp, Push etc.
- Work on creating and optimizing customer journeys and lifecycle
- Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance.
- Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
- Collaborating with Content, Tech and Performance Marketing teams will be a key requirement to deliver business outcomes
To qualify for this position you should have:
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years on CRM
- Strong working knowledge and experience with CRM platforms for database engagement and lead generation basis lead goals
. Experience and comfort with lead targets and optimizing campaigns for better lead quality/ revenue per spend KPIs
- Past experience on SFMC / Salesforce as a platform
- Experience with Omni-Channel Push marketing including SMS, EMail, Whatsapp etc
- In-depth understanding and applications of technical SEO
- Ability to align with business teams and aligning goals
- Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal skills, self-starter
- Be ready to relocate to Mumbai.
