Assistant Vice President - Internal Audit - Insurance (5-12 yrs)

Our client is a large Insurance organization. To support their growth they are looking to hire a young and smart Internal Audit Professional. We are seeking an experienced Group Internal Auditor to lead audit activities, ensure robust risk management, and provide assurance to top management on the control environment.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Planning, executing, and overseeing complex audit engagements

- Conduct detailed risk assessments and develop audit plans.

- Deliver high-quality, complex audit engagements, ensuring professional judgment and timely reporting.

- Monitor and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.

- Reporting & Stakeholder Management

- Prepare and present audit findings to top management.

- Build strong relationships with internal leadership, external auditors, and regulators.

- Ensure alignment between audit functions and evolving risk priorities.

To qualify for this position you should have:

- CA with CISA, CIA etc

- 5+ years of experience as an Internal Auditor

- Preferably have been involved in Branch Audits as well

- Great understanding of Risk, Controls, Fraud Control, ITGS, IT Audits

- Experience in Insurance domain required

- Great at Communication and Reporting

- Be ready to relocate to Mumbai
