Zell - Founder's Office Role (1-3 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Collaborate with the CEO or the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.

- Drive the execution of key initiatives by coordinating across departments, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Operational Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing processes to increase efficiency.

- Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular updates to the executive team on the organization's performance.

Communication and Coordination:

- Serve as a liaison between the CEO or leadership team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities.

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by organizing meetings, managing agendas, and following up on action items.

Strategic Projects and Initiatives:

- Manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO or executive team, from inception to completion.

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors and analyse data and make recommendations to support decision-making on key strategic issues.

Who are we looking for?

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and tact.

- Understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PPT, etc.
