Retail Merchandiser (6-12 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage inventory planning, stock allocation, and sales optimization across our multi-designer collections. The ideal candidate will work closely with designers, buyers, and the sales team to ensure an optimal product mix, maintain stock levels, and drive sales performance in our Delhi store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Merchandise Planning & Allocation: Develop and execute merchandise plans to ensure a well-balanced product assortment, aligned with brand strategy and sales trends.

- Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, identify slow-moving inventory, and implement strategies for stock rotation and clearance.

- Sales Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze sales reports, identify best-selling designers/products, and provide insights to maximize sales potential.

- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with designers and vendors to ensure timely product deliveries, new launches, and stock replenishments.

- Store Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to ensure the right product mix is available, supporting store performance and customer preferences.

- Visual Merchandising: Assist in curating displays and floor sets to enhance product visibility and appeal.

- Market & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to make data-driven recommendations.

- Pricing & Discount Strategies: Assist in setting competitive pricing and markdown strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
