Job Overview :

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individuals in the fashion industry who are dedicated to creating an iconic global luxury lifestyle brand. As a Visual Merchandising Manager based in Noida, you will be integral to shaping the visual presentation and aesthetic of retail spaces, events, and shows, ensuring alignment with our brand's philosophy of quiet confidence and subtle elegance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that enhance the customer experience and support the brand's seasonal launches.

- Manage and oversee the training of the store team on visual merchandising standards and store display protocols.

- Create and update Visual Merchandising and Experience Manuals to reflect the seasonal calendar.

- Coordinate the production and development of props and displays, managing budgets and liaising with vendors and suppliers.

- Travel to oversee the setup and take down at events and trunk shows, both domestically and internationally.

Qualifications:

- 4-6 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

- A Bachelor's degree in Communication Design, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

- Strong understanding of retail merchandising best practices and principles of space or interior design.

Other Required Skills:

- Exceptional visual design capabilities with an ability to create visually appealing and minimalistic designs.

- Strong planning and process development skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a keen understanding of cultural and creative dynamics.
