- Product Development and Line Planning: Collaborate with design teams to develop new product lines and collections. Create line plans, ensuring that they align with market trends and brand strategy.

- Sourcing and Supplier Management: Identify and establish relationships with suppliers and manufacturers. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to optimize costs and quality.

- Costing and Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets for each product line or collection. Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

- Order Planning and Management: Develop production schedules and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Monitor order progress and address any delays or issues in production.

- Sample Development and Approval: Oversee the sample development process, ensuring that samples meet design specifications and quality standards. Provide feedback and approvals for samples before mass production.
