Job Description:

As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing the visual presentation of our retail environments. Your work will directly influence the customer experience, aligning visual strategies with our brand's aesthetic values and sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute visual merchandising plans that reflect the brand's luxury aesthetic across retail stores, events, and trunk shows.

- Train and lead store teams in maintaining high standards of visual display.

- Oversee the production and budgeting of props and visual displays.

- Coordinate and manage visual setups at national and international events.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or a related field.

Skills:

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional projects.

- Creative thinking with a keen eye for aesthetic detail.
