Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Design and execute marketing strategies aligned with our mission to revolutionize neurotechnology.
- End-to-End Branding: Ensure consistency in the brand's voice across social media, campaigns, website content, and public relations.
- Performance-Driven Campaigns: Create and oversee impactful campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Ads, and Discord to drive engagement.
- B2B Development: Forge partnerships with hospitals, clinics, universities, and businesses, expanding the organization's impact.
- Market Insight & Positioning: Stay ahead of market trends and competitors, identifying opportunities for leadership in the neurotech space.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to translate innovations into compelling narratives.
- Content Mastery: Supervise the creation of engaging content across blogs, social media, and newsletters, tailoring messages for diverse audiences.
- Agency & Team Leadership: Manage external agencies and lead the internal marketing team for collaborative and high-performance outcomes.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in growth marketing, performance analytics, and campaign management.
- Creativity in digital storytelling and visual content creation.
- Proven track record in B2B sales pipelines and strategic partnerships.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Branding experience in deep-tech or med-tech sectors.
Qualifications :
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing, branding, or business development, preferably in startups or tech-focused environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Equivalent experience is also welcome.
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to lead teams in dynamic environments.
