Job Description
Job Title: Brand & Marketing Manager.
Job Location: Bengaluru (Koramangala).
Reporting to: Founders
Type: Full-Time.
Requirements:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with Nexstem's vision to disrupt the neurotechnology market.
- End-to-End Branding: Own the Nexstem brand, ensuring a unified voice across all platforms and materials, including social media, campaigns, website content, and PR.
- Performance-Driven Campaigns: Design and manage high-impact campaign so n LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Ads, Discord, and other platforms to drive growth and engagement.
- B2B Business Development: Lead B2B sales initiatives, forging partnerships with hospitals, clinics, universities, and enterprises to expand Nexstem's reach.
- Market Insight & Positioning: Analyze market trends and competitor strategies, identifying opportunities to position Nexstem as a leader in the neurotech space.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to translate technical innovations into compelling narratives.
- Content Mastery: Craft and oversee content for campaigns, blogs, social posts, newsletters, and more, resonating with diverse audiences.
- Agency & Team Leadership: Manage external agencies and lead an internal marketing team, fostering collaboration and delivering results.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in growth marketing strategies, including performance marketing and analytics.
- Proficiency with tools and platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
- Experience in digital storytelling, with a knack for creating engaging campaigns and visual content.
- Proven success in managing B2B sales pipelines and partnerships.
- Familiarity with branding for deep-tech or med-tech startups is a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
- A go-getter mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving in a startup environment.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing, branding, or business development, ideally in a startup or technology-driven organization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and lead teams.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to adapt in dynamic, fast- paced settings.
