Graphic Designer - FinTech - IIT/IIM/BITS/ISB (4-6 yrs)

Required Skills : 3D animation skills are must, In-depth knowledge of motion design, video editing, typography, color, space, iconography, patterns, layouts, visual hierarchy and imagery., Knowledge of tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc., Experience in Graphic Design and Motion Graphics/Animation., Entrepreneurial Mindset Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to :

- Be in charge of the visual narrative of BharatPe. Align your efforts with writers, social media managers and the brand manager to deliver impact.

- Put your creative cap on and think up ideas that push the envelope.

- Convey stories using graphics and use experience and judgment to develop great visuals and videos.

- Continuously experiment to produce visuals that are distinct, disruptive and engage the audiences.

Responsibilities will include :

Functional Expertise :

- Conceptualize campaign creatives and videos based on requirements.

- Ensure all creatives and graphics are aligned with BharatPe brand guidelines.

- Test graphics across various media.

- Take a lead on breaking established path in terms of video capabilities and storytelling at BharatPe.

Interaction :

- Work with the brand team to produce final designs.

- Collaborate with internal team members: writers, social media managers and brand manager to deliver impact.

Problem Solving :

- Recommend innovative design ideas that break the mold.

- Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries.

- Work on improving brand recognition through attractive visuals.

Qualification & Experience (type & industry) :

- Relevant Education in Graphic Design and Motion Graphics/Animation.

- 4-6 years of relevant or equivalent industry experience.

Skills & know-how :

- In-depth knowledge of motion design, video editing, typography, color, space, iconography, patterns, layouts, visual hierarchy and imagery.

- Great portfolio showcasing the above-mentioned qualities.

- Working knowledge of tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.- 3D animation skills are must.
