Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist (HeadHunter)

Job Objective:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive hiring efforts across organization. In this role, you will partner closely with stakeholders to execute a talent acquisition strategy that attracts and hires top talented professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Recruitment strategies aligned with business goals to ensure a strong Top talent pipeline.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Hiring Channels: Leverage multiple sourcing avenues, including Headhunting, job portals, network-sourcing, and referrals.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to maintain a competitive edge.
• Data & Reporting: Utilize recruitment analytics to track performance, optimize processes, and report on key hiring metrics.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Any graduate degree with 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in headhunting is mandatory.
• Exposure to startup hiring environments is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive hiring decisions with a data-driven approach.
