Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Total Reward Business Partner (TRBP) to join our global Yum! Total Rewards team supporting our Brands in India (KFC, Pizza Hut, & Taco Bell), as well as our Non-US based Yum! Corporate and Digital & Technology (D&T) employees. As the TRBP, you will serve as the reward liaison. The role will be highly integrated into the India Brand HR Teams, as well as Yum / D&T HR. The ideal candidate is a strong performer with a passion for consulting, know-how building, and driving global processes & key initiatives for the company. Responsibilities:
Reward Liaison: Act as the Total Reward point of contact for all Brands in India, as well as those Yum! & D&T businesses outside of the US. Role will work directly with India Brand CPOs and D&T HR leadership to set the Rewards strategy for each business. Position would be closely partnered with cross-functional teams and other TR Center of Excellence pillars (Executive Compensation, Design, & Delivery), partnering on local & global projects.
Key Global TR Process Owner: Owner of key reward processes & alignment for all businesses supported (such as global year-end performance & reward process). Oversight of process execution through TR Analyst, also based in India.
Consulting: Integration into the HR talent teams, providing reward consulting and know-how building on Yum! TR strategies, programs, processes, and systems. Consulting & expertise will be primarily India and compensation focused, but will also consult with Yum / D&T teams in other countries such as Vietnam, Israel, and Australia.
Leveling & Offers: Global comp recommendations for Directors & above, partnering with Executive Compensation. Oversight of all Yum! / D&T leveling & offers through TR Analyst.
Local Program Management: Manage local / regional Total Reward vendors & programs in India, Vietnam, and Israel.
Program Input & Rollout Support: Provides input into new local & global Reward programs, processes, toolkits, frameworks, and systems. Support in leading reward rollouts partnering with local HR teams.
Training & Communication: Adapt and deliver TR training, education, and communication.
Leadership of TR Analyst: Provide leadership and guidance to the TR Analyst, who is primarily responsible for compensation delivery excellence.
