Job Description

Job Title:

Sales Operations Team Member

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Operations Team Member to support our South sales team. This role focuses on streamlining sales processes, managing data and reporting, and ensuring operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, improve sales workflows, and enable the team to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Process Management:
    • Support the development, implementation, and optimization of sales processes and tools.
    • Ensure adherence to established sales policies and procedures.
  2. Data Management & Reporting:
    • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) with accurate customer and sales data.
    • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to analyze sales performance, trends, and KPIs.
  3. Collaboration with Teams:
    • Work closely with sales representatives to address operational challenges and provide solutions.
    • Liaise with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  4. Forecasting & Planning:
    • Assist in sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure accurate revenue predictions.
    • Help with quota setting and territory alignment for sales representatives.
  5. Process Improvement:
    • Identify bottlenecks in sales processes and recommend improvements.
    • Develop and document new operational procedures as needed.
  6. Sales Tools Support:
    • Monitor tool performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Salesforce, Tussom, Tableau.)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Any field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau) and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management tools.
  • Experience in data visualization and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
