Job Scope:
- The position will be responsible for Government account management and will build an effective relationship with clients and maximize sales prospects inside them.
Location: Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, Karnataka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively managing list of Government Accounts portfolio.
- Identifying and cultivating new clients and engaging for various stages of sales and to meet monthly sales objectives.
- To maximize share of wallet, provide high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell possibilities within existing consumers.
- Pre-sales and post-sales follow-up coordination.
- Weekly and monthly KPIs are being met and exceeded.
- Analysis of Key Government Accounts and a reach strategy.
- Market trends are being tracked, and frequent competitor input is being provided.
- Follow & commit with Yotta's Policy statements (e.g. QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/PIMS/ITSM etc).
- Undertake applicable training as communicated from time to time.
- Participation in Risk assessment process, contribute in achieving departmental & management system objectives & Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle.
Good to have Skills:
- Industry Knowledge: A minimum of 10-15 years of experience of which 5 Years in Direct government business engagement.
- Business Acumen: Proficient at uncovering key business issues and providing insightful, actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Change Management: Evidence of successful experience helping others manage change in their organizations.
- A strong aptitude for problem-solving, negotiation, and mediation skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment.

Qualification and Experience:
- Must hold a certificate or degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline.
- 10-15 years of experience in Government IT/ Telecom sales and solutions.
- Proficiency in drafting Email/Presentation/Document content for high level correspondence in Government department.
- Local Topology, knowledge of government department's structure hierarchy as well as connect is a must for this role in the south region.
- Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage for read and write and communicate.
