Network Field Engineer

Need Field Engineers for attending Cable operators , last mile consumers Broadband issues/New Local Cable Operator Visits, Laptop/PC hardware issues, Install Equipments at Hubs etc.

Responsibilities of a Field Engineer:
Installation and Configuration:
Installing, configuring, and testing network equipment, including routers, switches, modems, and set-top boxes.
Connecting customer premises to the network infrastructure.
Setting up and configuring broadband services for new customers.
Troubleshooting and Repair:
Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues, such as slow internet speeds, intermittent connections, and service outages.
Repairing faulty equipment and replacing defective components.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on customer devices, like laptops and PCs.
Customer Support:
Providing technical support to customers, explaining complex technical issues in simple terms.
Resolving customer complaints and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Educating customers on how to use their broadband services effectively.
Network Maintenance:
Performing routine maintenance tasks on network equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Monitoring network performance and identifying potential issues.
Implementing network upgrades and enhancements.
