Network Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and manage all network environment
• Manages new projects network infra setup - upcoming hospitals
• Maximize network performance, troubleshooting network problems outages, Security issues and collaborate with Superiors on network optimization and security;
• Support and administration of firewall environments in line with IT security policy;
• Prepare Network Documentation of all installations, incidents and maintenance activity.
• Upgrading data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases;
• Configuration of routing and switching and maintaining firewall.
• Perform PMS, Switch Audit and audit of IP addressing and hosted devices within hospital.
• liaising with project management teams, third-line engineers and service desk engineers on a regular basis;
• Configure, test, and maintain LAN/WAN equipments and related services. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks
• Maintains and support company's LAN/WAN environment
• Escalate issue to L3 team if SLA is crossed.
• Work in 24/7 shifts. Participate in an on-call rotation
• Resolving tickets with in the SLA which is raised from End User side

Preferred candidate profile

* 3-8 years of IT experience

* Experience in Network design, configuration, installation

* Experience in network administration, troubleshooting, maintenance

* Good communication skills
